Data Analyst (Python) / BI Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Python) focused on reporting, dashboards, and automation. The role is heavily centered around SQL analytics, Power BI (primary), Microsoft tools, and Tableau.

Responsibilities:

  • Build financial and operational reports using Python & SQL
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
  • Support and improve Tableau reports
  • Automate reporting and delivery (Telegram / Internal tools)
  • Provide data insights for management decisions

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL (complex queries, performance-aware)
  • Python for analysis and automation
  • Power BI (data modeling, DAX)
  • Tableau dashboard experience
  • Microsoft stack familiarity (Power BI Service, Excel)
  • Cloud experience (Azure / AWS / GCP)

Nice to Have:

  • Financial or operational reporting experience
  • API integrations, experience automating alerts or reports via messaging platforms (Telegram, Slack)

    Senior Software Engineer / Architect, Team Lead

    Who We Are Looking For:

    We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Architect & Team Lead whose primary responsibility is to own and evolve the system architecture of our platform.

    The key focus of this role is deep architectural expertise: a strong understanding of backend systems, object-oriented design, security principles, and cloud and DevOps from a functional and architectural perspective.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own system architecture, code quality, and technical decisions.
    • Ensure security and reliability for systems handling clients’ money.
    • Turn business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Lead the team: code reviews, mentoring, and hiring developers.

    Tech Stack:

    • Core: PHP (custom backend, system architecture focus)
    • Additional: Node.js (internal tools / CRM), WordPress (legacy parts)
    • Infrastructure: Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure – architecture-level involvement)
    • Databases & Integrations: SQL / APIs / third-party payment providers
    • Security: Secure data handling, access control, compliance-driven architecture

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of backend development experience.
    • Strong and solid PHP / WordPress skills.
    • Experience with system architecture and refactoring legacy code.
    • Knowledge of security best practices.
    • Leadership experience or readiness to take a Team Lead role.

    Nice to Have:

    • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience.
    • Fintech or financial systems background.
    • DevOps / cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
    • Experience designing systems from early-stage to scale.
