The company develops proprietary technologies and platforms to help governments, enterprises, and educational organizations strengthen cyber resilience and improve digital security.

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex backend systems.
  • Drive technical discussions, provide mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security for all applications.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and bugs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best Practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive professional experience in backend development with Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing Templating Engines.
  • Strong command of PostgreSQL and Kubernetes for scalable and resilient deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience with key AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, and AWS SQS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other distributed queue managers such as Apache Kafka or Pulsar.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
