IT/ Tech Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions. This role involves candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and handling some sort of HR responsibilities. This position is fully remote.

What you’ll do:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise LinkedIn, Boolean and X-ray search, StackOverflow, GitHub, UpWork, and other platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Recruitment Process Management: Conduct interviews, update and maintain the internal candidate database, and manage the complete hiring cycle.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders (CRM, Team Lead, CEO, etc.) to align recruitment strategies.
• Market Monitoring: Keep track of IT market trends and contribute to company-brand development. Improve and implement different AI solutions and other tools.
