About the Role:

We are building Keewano AI Agent – a next-generation agentic analytics platform powered by KeewanoDB, the first real-time database optimized for AI agents at scale.

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Product Analyst to join our team. Unlike a traditional internal analyst role, you will be the ultimate benchmark for our platform’s AI output. Your primary mission is to ensure that Keewano’s AI-generated insights, chat outputs, and automated analyses meet the rigorous standards that a top-tier B2B analyst would consider exceptional.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and our Clients – acting as the “analytical brain” that trains, validates, and refines our agentic platform. Responsibilities:

• Be the Benchmark for AI Quality: Evaluate and validate Keewano’s AI outputs (chat responses, auto-generated insights, data interpretations) to ensure they meet the highest professional standards of B2B analytics.
• Partner with Product: Work closely with the Product team to define relevant KPIs, identify missing analytical capabilities, and precisely describe the improvements needed to make the AI’s output smarter and more actionable.
• Collaborate with Engineering & AI: Work directly with the development teams to help them interpret complex datasets, teach the expected analytical results, and provide fast feedback to refine the AI’s logic.
• Ensure Client Success: Engage directly with our clients’ internal analysts. Ensure they are receiving accurate, high-quality, and reliable outputs across various analytical verticals (Product, Marketing, Operations).
• Hands-on Data Visualization: Define and design the dashboards and reports the platform should generate. Provide detailed requirements and support the dev team with feedback and corrections.
• Everyday Product Analysis: Supply instant, fast analysis to answer day-to-day questions regarding how the AI is performing, identifying key trends and actionable development improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a strong Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst (B2B Tech or SaaS preferred; strong candidates from Gaming or other complex data environments are highly welcome).
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong background and hands-on experience in Data Visualisation (Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, Grafana, etc.).
• Strong SQL with experience querying large, complex datasets to find the “ground truth” against which the AI is measured.
• Product-oriented approach: Deep understanding of product complexity, business logic, and the real-world challenges analysts face.
• High communication and project management skills: You must be able to translate “analyst expectations” into clear instructions and requirements for developers and AI models.
• English: Professional working proficiency.

Strong Plus:

• Familiarity with AI/ LLM ecosystems (prompt evaluation, LLM-as-a-judge, evaluating AI agent outputs).
• Experience in a client-facing role, talking to external clients, or acting as a data consultant.
• Background working closely with data engineering or AI teams to build data products.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) or modern data stacks.
