Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive new business growth and expand Leverate’s global client portfolio. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term relationships with brokers and financial institutions.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who can work independently, take ownership of their pipeline, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, partners, and financial institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience within Forex, CFD, Fintech, Brokerage Technology, Trading Platforms, or White Label solutions.
- Proven experience selling technology solutions directly to brokers.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and manage an independent sales pipeline.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
