About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business goals and engineering execution. You understand architecture, can read code, and know how to embed AI tools into team workflows. You will drive the delivery of our Node.js CRM, SaaS platform, and fintech integrations – while helping the team work smarter with AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Own project delivery: scope, timelines, priorities, and cross-team alignment.
  • Work closely with engineers and architects to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks.
  • Embed AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) into dev workflows to increase team velocity.
  • Participate in shaping AI-powered product features alongside the tech lead.
  • Manage legacy-to-SaaS migration projects, keeping quality and security standards high.
  • Run sprint planning, code reviews, participation, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new developers.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a Technical PM or Engineering Manager role.
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture (Node.js, PHP/WordPress is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and a clear vision for applying them within a dev team.
  • Experience managing fintech, SaaS, or security-sensitive projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to read and review code – you don’t need to write it daily, but you need to understand it.ing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Logging/ debugging systems

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building or shipping AI-powered product features (LLM integrations, automation pipelines).
  • Fintech or financial systems background.
  • DevOps / cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience scaling early-stage products.
