Senior Technical Recruiter

Global Teams is an international IT recruitment and outstaffing company headquartered in Israel. We work with startups, scale-ups, and established tech companies across Israel and international markets.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of complex technical recruitment projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
  • Recruit Software Engineers and other technical specialists, including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Embedded, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, Data,
  • Cybersecurity, and Engineering Management roles.
  • Work directly with CTOs, CEOs, Hiring Managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray Search, GitHub, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct HR interviews, assess candidates, coordinate interview processes, and manage offers.
  • Build talent pipelines and proactively handle challenging and niche searches.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salaries, and hiring trends.
  • Collaborate with international recruitment teams and continuously improve sourcing and recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of technical full-cycle recruitment experience in Israel.
  • Strong experience hiring Software Engineers.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and international clients.
  • Fluent English; Hebrew is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication, ownership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
