About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to become our first in-house marketing expert, fully embedded within the Product team. This is a hands-on role with high ownership, where you’ll be responsible for driving marketing strategy and execution across acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute marketing initiatives across SEO, GEO, PPC, and brand marketing.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Bing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, including spend, leads, sign-ups, and conversions.
  • Conduct SEO audits and drive improvements from analysis to implementation.
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and with Customer Success to increase LTV and reduce churn.
  • Brief and collaborate with Content and Design teams on campaign assets and experiments.
  • Report on marketing performance, ROI, and key initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Propose new growth initiatives and execute them autonomously.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience working in companies with 100+ employees.
  • Proven ownership of marketing budgets and performance reporting.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in: SEO, PPC, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) (mandatory)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
