About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset. This role focuses on manual testing and validation of AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy across data-heavy systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of complex data-driven systems
• Validate AI-generated outputs and insights
• Analyze and compare datasets to ensure accuracy
• Use Excel and formulas to verify data consistency
• Test APIs and system integrations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Contribute insights to improve product quality and logic

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Senior QA Engineer
• Experience working with data-heavy or analytics systems
• Solid mathematical and statistical thinking
• Ability to validate and compare datasets for accuracy and consistency.
• Understanding of key product metrics (e.g., CPI, LR) and their analysis.
• Have experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Logging/debugging systems

Technical Skills needed:

• Manual testing (priority)
• API testing
• Data validation & analysis
• Knowledge of Python/Java (nice to have)

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong ownership mindset
• Able to go beyond QA and contribute to product thinking
